PCT Day 20

We decided to skip about a 20 mile section of the trail that would have led us over Mt San Jacinto. PCT Days 18 and 19

We all headed back to my hometown to enjoy a couple days off trail to recover. Its was nice to have a roof, hot food and laundry. The fun quickly ended and we went back to the trail.

Woke around 5am and was packed by 6. My tent was still soaked from the condensation overnight. Feeling a little better day by day. PCT Day 11

After a full night's sleep I woke up feeling a lot better. At first I thought the sun had risen but it was just the moon... damn. I sat in my tent for about another hour before the sun rose just enough to provide background light. I packed up my bag and was on trail... Continue Reading →
